Well just like last year, Dreyken and I are at home alone for Valentine's Day! Last year she was only a few weeks old and my family had planned a trip to my sister-in-laws parents house in Heber for some winter fun. I opted out and stayed how with the baby to get some much needed rest. Well, this year we got all packed up and headed out of town to go to Gunnison to visit Dan's family and see our new nephew Dartin Dale Jenkins get blessed. Well, just as we headed out of town Dreyken decided her breakfast was no longer needed and threw up EVERYWHERE! We turned around and headed back home where her and I stayed while Dan, Kalli and Tarek headed to Utah. I thought it would be a good time to put up a post and then realized I had left my camera in the car, so it is in Utah and my pictures are still on it. So I thought I would load on a few pictures I got from my mom a few weeks ago and never got around to posting.
This is the only family picture I have that includes Dreyken! (sad I know) It was taken at my little sisters wedding. It makes me see how blessed I am looking at that picture with my three sweet kids and Husband who will not be happy I posted this picture (He is very Anti-Camera)
This is my crazy, silly eight year old. She is such a great kid, loves to hang out with her family, and has the funniest sense of humor (very much like her Dad's, very sarcastic!)
I LOVE YOU KALLI!
This is our entertainment at home (we got rid of cable a few months ago, and don't miss it at all! He is so much more entertaining to watch!) He is one of the most friendly kids you will met, making friends everywhere we go. My handsome little man, who loves with all his heart.
I LOVE YOU TAREK!
And finally there is Daddy's little princess! She can be sweet, cute and silly; but be careful as she is stubborn, feisty and opinionated. She is such a wonderful blessing to this little family and I am so blessed to get to be her mom!
I LOVE YOU DREYKEN!
I never thought I would have three such amazing kids, after having Kalli it took a lot of questioning and thought about ever having any more. She was such a good baby and a wonderful kid, but my body was just not made for the stress of caring babies. I am so thankful for a husband who gave me so many blessings, loved me always, and gave me strength when I needed it. I can't imagine life without even one of these three precious children, or my wonderful husband!
I LOVE YOU DAN! HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!
And finally on a different note, I wanted to post this picture of Dreyken and my Sister-in-Law Traci. I just love it! And I wanted to say congratulations to her and Scott! You will make such great parents (just look at how good Traci is already!)
